Inspector Notes
An announced initial monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/8/24. At the time of entrance, 1 household child and 2 childcare children were in care with the provider and assistant providers. The record sample size consisted of 1 child's record and the provider's record and the assistants records. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, participating in educational activities and free play. No medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
