Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 3/11/24 from 5:00pm until 6:45pm. All spaces to be used by children in care were measured and inspected. The applicant is requesting a capacity of 200 children, which is supported by the measurements taken during the inspection. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies, along with all required postings, were reviewed. Any areas of standards related to direct service that were not determined during the initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of a license. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
