An announced mandated Initial Inspection was conducted on 2/26/2024 from 11:40am to 1:00pm. No children were in care. Child forms, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, Emergency supplies, vet records, caregiver/household member records and required posted documents were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
