An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/27/2025 and completed on 01/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 09:45Am and ended at 10:30AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 16. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and caregiver/household member records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
