A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 8:30am and 9:10am. There were no children present. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, and the vendor's record was reviewed. Guidance was given on materials and equipment needed for safe sleeping, first aid preparedness, and diapering. Model forms and resources were emailed to the provider.
