Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection as a part of the conditional licensure period was conducted on July 24, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 a.m. and ended at 12:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
