Hazardous substances shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. The supply closet door was opened and there was a bottle of Wasp Freeze Spray, with a warning and "keep out of reach of children" label on it. The kitchen area in which children walk through had an unlocked drawer that contained liquid air freshener.
Plan of Correction: The closet was locked during the inspection.
