A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/7/2025. The inspection started at 11:40am and concluded at 12:55pm.There were 2 children present for a total of 5 points. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 3 vendor/household member(s) records on-site.

Information gathered during this inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Potentially poisonous substances such as cleaning agents and disinfectants shall be stored in areas inaccessible to children.

A container of Clorox wipes was observed on a shelf at children's level in the main play area.
A gallon size jug of Lysol cleaner was on the floor at the entrance to the kitchen.

The record provided for the household cat indicated the next vaccination for rabies was due by 2/2/2025.
