Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on August 5, 2024. The on-site inspection began a 10:15am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5
children?s records and 6 staff/volunteer record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2105?F to 120?F. The hot water temperature of the family day home was as high as123?F.
caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. There was no emergency practice drill conducted for the month of July 2024. The last drill was performed on June 10, 2024.
