Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 09/10/2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:35am and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. 51 children were observed with 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review. tour of the facility, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Three children's food containers were not dated.
Plan of Correction: Staff labeled and dated all food containers and bottles and will remind parents to to label all containers and bottles with name and date.
