Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/06/2024 from 8:50am to 9:21am. There were 8 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 1 caregiver record, 8 children?s records, evacuation drills, menu, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating breakfast. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
2cleaning agents, and disinfectants in an area inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
1. Four tubes of toothpaste was on the bathroom counter by the sink accessible to the children.
2. Poisonous substances, including cleaning agents and personal care products, were stored in an unlocked cabinet under the bathroom sink that was accessible to children.
Evidence:
Child #1's record was missing the addresses for two designated emergency contacts.
