Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on November 12, 2024 and completed on November 12, 2024 as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:56 am and ended at 12:27 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children including 2 of the household children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home. interviews, observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
