Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on July 24, 2024. There were three children, and four resident children present with one caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on review of children?s records and interview, the provider did not maintain, in a way that is accessible to all caregivers, a current written list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. The Llist shall be dated and kept confidential.

Evidence:
The provider stated she did not have a list of allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. The record of child #2, indicated a food sensitivity by the physician.
