Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 7/10//2024 between the hours of 9:45am-11:45am. There were two children in care supervised by the provider. Children were observed having morning snack and playing freely. The inspector verified the manufacture date for one crib. A variety of age appropriate materials were observed in the family day home. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record, 3 household member records, 2 children's records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
