Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was initiated on May 17, 2024 at approximately 8:30am and concluded on May 17, 2024 at approximately 10:35am. There were a total of 9 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed during morning snack time, and engaged in floor and table activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: No carbon monoxide detector was found in the center.
Plan of Correction: The center purchased a carbon monoxide detector during the inspection, which should arrive over the weekend.
