An announced initial inspection was initiated on 05/15/2024 at 2:20 pm and completed on 05/15/2024 at 5:30 pm.
The facility and outdoor play areas were reviewed and measured.
The inspector reviewed equipment, emergency procedures and supplies, medication and record keeping. Policies and procedures discussed with administrative staff.
Supervision and program implementation will be reviewed once the license is issued and the facility is operational.
