Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 5/5/9/24 from 10:00 am to 11:25 am. There were 2 children (5 points) in care of 1 caregiver. A tour of the family day home was conducted to assess the indoor and outdoor space that will be used by children. Emergency supplies, first aid kit, landline telephone, cribs, and toys and equipment for children's use were inspected. The provider will not be administering any medication to children and currently does not hold the medication administration training. 2 children's records, 1 caregiver's record, 6 household member's records, attendance records, pet vaccinations and the emergency preparedness plan were reviewed.
