Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted on April 8, 2024 from 10:05am to 1207pm. There were no children present. The Provider and 2 household members records were reviewed and one was found incomplete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children.. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. The Provider plans to complete the MAT training so currently no medications are administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. Two cribs found on site and meet the CPSC requirements. Violations found today during this inspection were reviewed with provider and an appropriate corrective action was provided. If you have any questions, please e-mail the license inspector at sheila.nelson@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you for your cooperation.
