An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 8/5/2024 and completed on 8/5/2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at noon. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 8/5/2024. This inspection included a document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
