Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on November 25, 2024, and completed on November 25, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 27, 2024, relating to allegations of staffing and supervisions and special care provisions. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and no staff records.
This inspection included (include all that apply document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspect ion determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
