Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on April 15, 2024 as a result of a planned change in ownership. All designated areas and furnishings for child care were toured on site. Items reviewed during the inspection include: policies and procedures, required postings, physical plant, equipment, emergency preparedness, applicant records, transportation, the outdoor space, and the daily schedule. The facility can accommodate the requested capacity of 195 children. The ages served will be 6 weeks to 12 years.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
