Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site initial inspection was conducted on 04/024/2024. Floor plans and was walk through of the building and grounds were completed. Four classrooms were measured and there were 3 toilets and 5 sinks. A capacity of 34 was requested and a total of 32 children was determined through measurements. The inspector arrived at 1:15 PM and departed at 2:00 PM.
