During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 11/04/2024 and completed on 11/06/2024, as a part of, the conditional licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 9:20 AM and ended at 11:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11/12/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
7The immunization record for children 1 and 3 were not signed and dated.
Children in the Infant/Toddler room were playing next to one uncovered outlet that were within their reach.
Three of the restrooms did not have disposable towels or an air dryer.
Staff #2, who did not meet lead teacher qualifications, was alone with a group of infants for 30 minutes while the program lead left the building to obtain towels off premises.
Staff # 2 was feeding an infant and the infant?s hands were not washed with soap and water or with a disposal wipe before and after the feeding
The center did not provide a menu for the snacks that are served daily.
The tables in the infant room were cleaned after feeding and not sanitized before and after feeding.
