Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. There were two children in care with the provider for a total of four points. The children were observed participating in structured center activities. The family day home was observed for age/stage appropriate supplies, activities, and equipment for the ages of children requested for licensure. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, one staff record, and two household member records were reviewed.
