Inspector Notes
An unnannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/11/2025. The inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 10:23am. There were 35 children and 4 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 childrens records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
