Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 10:00am to 11:00a,. There are no children present with Provider present today. The provider and one household member record were reviewed and found complete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. Provider has completed the MAT training course and plans to administer medications per the medication policy. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified.
