Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on July 18, 2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and one staff. The inspector reviewed one child's record and one staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
