An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 27, 2025 and completed on June 27, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 20, 2025 relating to allegations of special care and provisions. special services, and programs. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s files and five staff records on-site. This inspection included review of documents, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
