An announced initial inspection was conducted on 07/09/2024 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. The facility was toured, and all indoor and outdoor areas were measured for capacity. Items reviewed during the inspection included emergency evacuation maps, required postings, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, physical plant, equipment and materials.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
