Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 12/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10 am and ended at 12 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (5) children present and (2) caregivers; the point total was (16). The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (2) caregivers records on-site on 12/13/2024.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
