An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 22, 2024 from approximately 9:50 am to 11:00 pm to review family day home subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. No children were present. The downstairs area of the home will be used for care of children. Space and equipment is appropriate for school age children which is the age provider will be servicing. No medication will be administered. No violations were found.
