An unannounced, on-site 60-day focused monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 7/24/24, as part of the conditional licensure period. The inspection began at 10:50amand ended at 11:20am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. There was 1 caregiver present. The inspection included document review, interview and tour of the daycare areas of the home. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
