An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/2/2024, beginning at 12:00 pm and ending at 12:46 pm. Required background searches, trainings, and household information was reviewed. Emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed.
A sample of model forms and policies were also discussed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations.
