Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 23, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is a currently operating facility that is changing ownership. The facility and outdoor play area were observed and there is adequate space for the requested capacity of 95 children as previously measured for capacity. There are adequate supplies and materials for the requested age ranges of one month through twelve years old.

Two staff files were reviewed and complete. Documentation was reviewed.

Policies and procedures were reviewed prior to the inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on observation, not all areas of the center were maintained in clean, safe, operable condition. Evidence: In the toddler classroom there was a large patch of missing paint under the cubby area that exposed drywall. In the four year old bathroom, there was missing paint that exposed drywall.
