An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on January 8, 2025 and completed on January 9, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:51pm and ended at 4:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children present with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
