A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition. The outdoor area the center uses the fence had multiple boards detaching off the fence. There boards broken which have sharp edges and can snag a child.
