An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 08/26/2025 and completed on 08/26/2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:00pm and ended at 3:35pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
