A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) initial inspection was conducted today between 8:45am and 9:45am. There were no child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 provider/vendor record and 1 household member record were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. No violations were observed during the inspection.
