Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 05/06/2025. The inspection started at 9:30 am and concluded at 11 am. There were (2) children present and (1) caregiver; the point total was (7). The inspector reviewed (8) children?s records and (2) caregiver/household members records on-site on 05/06/2025.
Information gathered during the inspection determined one non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
