An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on December 2, 2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:05am and ended at 12:10. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, and 3 household member?s record on-site. This inspection included a tour of the home, interviews, observations, and document review.
