Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 21, 2024 as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 10:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1caregiver. The inspector reviewed 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.~

Standard 8VAC20-800-830-A
Emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.
An emergency evacuation monthly drill was not practiced in the month of September.
Plan of Correction: We were closed for a bit in September and only had 1 child come inconsistently. We will make sure to conduct a drill every month.
