An initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/9/2024 between 9:35am and 10:35am. There were no children in care. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, the vendor/provider's record, and 1 household member's record was reviewed. No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
