An unannounced, subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 4/13/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:05am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present and caregiver; the point total was 3. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 caregiver/household member's record on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
