An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 12/04/2024, as a part of conditional licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 11:50 am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 6. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
