Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on August 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 09:40 am and ended at 11:27 am. There was 9 children in care, 2 caregivers, and 2 household children; the point total was 21. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 2 caregivers records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Child-resistant protective covers larger than 1-1/4 inches in diameter shall be installed on all unused electrical outlets and surge protectors accessible to children under five years of age.

There were three electrical outlets without child-resistant protective covers and accessible to children under five year of age during the inspection.

No soft bedding of any kind shall be used under or around infants including, but not limited to, pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, or stuffed toys.

Child#2 was observed inside of the crib placed on a Boppy pillow and surrounded by multiple stacks of bedding.
