A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall have a written emergency preparedness plan that addresses emergency evacuation, lockdown and shelter-in-place procedures. Vendor had a copy of the state model form for emergency preparedness plan but it was not completed.
Plan of Correction: State model form will be completed for the emergency preparedness plan.
