Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 06/10/2024. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, special care provisions and emergencies, and background checks. A total of 5 Applicant/Agent records were reviewed. The center was measured to determine the license capacity and the required emergency supplies and policy/procedures were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:00 am and departed the center at 11:45 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
