Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 04/28/2025 and completed on 05/06/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 04/16/2025 relating to allegations of programs and staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record onsite and 2 staff records electronically on 05/06/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
