During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on December 5, 2024 and completed on December 5, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 a.m. and ended at 11:25 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present with eight staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of the facility, interview, observations, and document review. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall establish and implement procedures to ensure all areas of the premises accessible to children are free of obvious injury hazards.
The highchair in the infant room is missing the protective belt. An infant was in the highchair during the inspection and had his/her foot in the seat and leaning over the side of the highchair.
Plan of Correction: The protective belt will be put back in the highchair. Staff will be advised to always use the protective belt in the highchair.
