Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on February 24, 2025 and completed on February 24, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 2, 2025 relating to allegations of supervision, diapering, and physical plant. This inspection included observation, tour of the facility,document review, and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
